Semi-Annual Evaluations

Every 6 months you will have a semi-annual evaluation meeting with the PD, APD, or a faculty member.  These tend to be 30-60 minutes in duration. 

Major topics we cover will be: 

• A review of your evaluations from the past 6 months. 

• ITE Results

• Career trajectory

• Feedback for us

• Step 3 progress, work hours logging

• Anything you want to talk about

If meeting in person, just bring the completed document.  If meeting via Zoom, please email a scanned copy to the person you are meeting with, and cc Ms. Rosario (fremci.rosario@nychhc.org) so she can put a copy in your file.  Thank you!
