• You should get evaluations about yourself from your attendings and peers for all 2-week Internal Medicine Inpatient wards rotations, and quarterly for Primary Care. 

• You should also get evaluations for you to complete about your attendings and peers for the same rotations.  The Primary Care Program solicits evaluations from Faculty and Residents for all our residents.  The Categorical program is responsibile for sending you Resident to Resident Peer evaluations for their residents. 

• Please complete these evaluations in a timely manner, preferably as you are finishing the rotation and your feedback is fresh.  Be as specific as possible.
